AMPI Rosarito invites you to join our Professional Association!

AMPI has representation in more than 60 cities, plus an International Section.  AMPI is affiliated with The US National Association of Realtors® (NAR), The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), and the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), and is a founding member of the newly formed International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA).

AMPI is democratically operated by all members. AMPI, through its local chapter, is committed to providing continuing educational courses to all its members and to the public in general to improve the knowledge and skills of our members. Real Estate Agents wanting to maintain good standing in this prestigious organization attend scheduled classes for continuing education, including a mandatory Ethics class every year.

AMPI is very involved in obtaining Real Estate Licensing and State Certification for the betterment of the consumers and that of its members. AMPI works together with Federal, State and Municipal authorities, proposing new laws and amendments to existing laws and regulations directly related to the Real Estate Industry.
