The Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals - Rosarito Beach
AMPI is a private, non-governmental organization that brings together individuals who provide professional real estate services in Mexico following astandard set of Statutes and a Code of Ethics for the training of its members, to raise the level of Real Estate practices and protect the rights of Private Property Owners.
The AMPI Rosarito Section is part of Region 1 which contains all of the sections of Baja California, parts of Baja California Sur and Sonora.
The region is overseen by a Regional Coordinator whose sole responsility is to coordinate the efforts within these States with AMPI National.
AMPI is an association of professionals at the national level stablished in 1956, AMPI brings together under statutes and Code of Ethics, all individuals engaged in the Real Estate Industry such as: Real Estate Brokers and Agents, Promoters of Developments, Marketing Companies, Property Managers, Consultants, Legal Advisors, Title Insurance, Mortgage Brokers, Closing Companies and Lenders.
AMPI is divided into 42 sections, and these in turn equate to more than 4,500 partners and affiliates nationwide.
Each section is autonomous and has its own Board of Directors, there is also a Board of Directors at the National level formed by twenty AMPI Associates from around the country.
AMPI Rosarito is formed by a group of real estate professionals committed to ethics, professionalism and providing a high level of quality and service in real estate transactions.
AMPI Rosarito is made up of professionals from various companies and has become one of the leading associations of real estate agents on the coast of Baja California; Its members actively participate in the social, economic and State events in this region.
