Our Association is formed by real estate professionals from various Companies and our specialties, Mexican and foreign, most are certified and receive monthly continuing education courses given the professionals in the real industry.
AMPI Rosarito has become an association leading the real estate agents on the coast of Baja California and it is a group that participates in the social, economic and professionalism in the region.
We abide by a code of ethics governing relations of real estate professionals with the public at large as well as their relationships with customers, to give greater certainty and ethical representation in real estate transactions, as well as ensuring harmony and respect among our partners.
We encouraged you to use the assistance and support from a real estate professional that is governed by a code of Ethics and Bylaws, which has been provided with training and has attained a level of professionalism and as such they can effectively represent their clients.
AMPI Rosarito is part of a broad group of Real Estate professionals who share databases, lists, MLS System ( not equivalent to USA or Canada), etc. Representing many benefits to our customers and the Real Estate Agent force in our association.
