AMPI - Rosarito

In an interview broadcast on Mexican television, Gustavo Torres talked about a $180 million dollar project that will break ground in the next three months a few miles south of the City of Rosarito. It will be called the Port of Rosarito and will the largest privately funded marina planned in Northern Baja.
